Warranty Claims

To file a Setra coach warranty claim, please fully complete the form below. Your claim is important to us and will be responded to as quickly as possible.

  1. You must have a Claim Pre-Approval number to file a claim. You will find it in the email that was sent to you when you submitted a Request for Warranty
  2. For parts to be covered under warranty, they must be procured from REV Coach Warranty
  3. Please, Only one coach per Warranty Claim
  4. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of repair
